Despicable Me is a 2010 computer-animated 3D comedy movie brought by Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment that was distributed on July 9, 2010 in the United States. It was directed by Pierre Coffin and Chris Renaud. Universal, in involvement with its Illumination Entertainment division produced the primary CGI feature. It was wholly animated in the French studio Mac Guff in Paris, France.This is the first Illumination Entertainment feature movie.
The movie got optimistic reviews from critics, and earned more than $251 million in the US, against a budget of $69 million.
Despicable Me is distributed on July 9, 2010 in the United States. It was opened at the number one spot at the box office and grabbed in $56.3 million, making it the third largest opening grossing for an animated movie in 2010 behind Toy Story 3 and Shrek Forever After.

Short details of the story
The story goes when an anonymous unlawful mastermind has stolen the one of the pyramids in Egypt. Blastering of jealous envy feels of an evil genius Gru (Steve Carell) who hasn't produced to make crime headlines since he and his minions grabbed the Times Square JumboTron years back. But right away after Gru steal the shrink-ray, the sneakiness super-nerd Vector (Jason Segel) grabs in and snatches it right out of his plane. Now, in order to steal the moon, Gru must first reclaime the weapon from Vector’s fortress. In order to do that, he adopts Margo, Agnes and Edith to penetrate inside by means of selling cookies. As days goes by with the kids, he slowly discovers of what’s important to make him happy and to what really making him proud.
